Thank you for visiting our Web site. After many years of managing local branches of national home health agencies, I felt strongly that Sonoma County needed local-ownership in order to provide a more personal, more compassionate option for in-home nursing. In 1998, I established At Home Nursing to fill this niche.
I truly believe in being involved in the community & as such as am a charter member of of the Windsor Rotary Club, was the first chair of the Sonoma County AIDS Commission, past President of the American Cancer Society & I am an active member of our State Home Care Association.
As the owner and a nurse who lives in Sonoma County, I am able to be responsive to the needs of the community that I live in. I wanted an agency that was founded by a nurse, supervised by a nurse and based on nursing principles. I wanted my caregivers to be ones I would not hesitate to send to my own family members. And, I wanted a nursing environment that was supportive & caring.
